At Jofriches Trading Co., we are committed to delivering your order accurately and on time. Please review our shipping methods and timelines below.
1. Shipment Processing Time

Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.

Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately upon placing your order, followed by a second email with your tracking number(s) once your items have shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location.
Estimated Delivery Timelines (Handling + Transit):

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier high volume or weather conditions.
3. Multiple Shipping Locations (Split Shipments)
To provide a wider selection of unique, vintage, and hard-to-find items, our inventory is sourced from multiple locations, including:

Our primary warehouse in Austin, Texas.

Partner storage facilities.

Verified collector consignors.
What this means for you:
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship from different locations. You may receive:

Multiple Packages: Items may arrive in separate boxes.

Multiple Tracking Numbers: You will receive a unique tracking number for each package.

Varied Arrival Dates: Items may arrive on different days.
You are charged a single shipping rate at checkout (or free shipping if eligible). You will never be charged additional shipping fees for split packages.
4. Shipping Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Jofriches Trading Co. is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping, but we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged on Arrival: If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately at joseph@jofrichestradingco.com.

Lost/Stolen: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact us within 3 days of the stated delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you made an error, contact us immediately at (512) 364-0957; if the item has not yet shipped, we may be able to correct it.
